Please note that because natural gemstones are used, the colors and sometimes shapes and sizes of the stones/pieces may vary slightly to the item you will receive. You are not always purchasing the exact item in the pictures. Also, since every piece is made by hand, the lengths may vary by up to an inch. If you need a specific length, please contact us or add a note in your order.

PRIVACY POLICY: Devon Kai Collections will in no way share your information with anyone. We completely respect your right to privacy and use secure pages anywhere you are asked to enter your information.

RESIZING: No charge for making a piece smaller. Minor resizing to make the piece larger is available at no extra cost, if needed. Some stones, though, are expensive and if they have to be added, a small fee will be charged. Also, there's a possibility the stones are not available, so it would not be possible. Please contact us about your resizing needs before purchase as not all pieces are made the same and therefore cannot be resized by small amounts without breaking symmetry.

MATCHING EARRINGS/BRACELETS & CUSTOM WORK: In most cases, pieces can be made to match the necklace. The cost depends on the type and amount of stones and the complexity of the design requested. Please contact us for an estimate and to make sure there are enough stones in stock.

• Checks, Money Orders & Cashier's Checks: Please make payable to Devon Kellgren. Chase bank & USPS (post office) money orders ship once received. Other bank's money orders/cashier's checks and personal checks must wait until they clear my bank, 2 weeks from deposit date.

BACKORDERS: If, by chance, a piece is not in stock or cannot be made due to a shortage in materials, the item will be placed on backorder. If payment is made with a credit card, your card won't be charged until the item is ready to be sent. This does not include Paypal credit card payments. All other payments will be held for up to 4 weeks while those materials are located. If after 4 weeks they are still not located, payment will be refunded. If there are multiple pieces in your order, shipment of the pieces in stock will be sent as usual and the backordered item(s) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge.

SHIPPING*: Each shipment to US states of one or more items is $6.50 via USPS Priority Mail & includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional and is $2.20 for one or more pieces whether you spend $1 or $1000. These rates are fixed. Shipments are made twice a week. Please allow at least one day processing time for us to make your item. 2 Day, Overnight, and Express delivery will include expedited processing, but may still take 1-2 days. Please contact us to get a more accurate ship date.

Shipping is charged per shipment for an unlimited amount of pieces.
